Ingredients

- baked beans200g
- chopped tomatoes200g
- onion1, sliced
- carrot1, sliced
Method
- Brown the sausages whole in a dry pan over a medium heat for 6 minutes, turning, then lift out and slice into 2cm rounds.
- Soften the onion and carrot in the same pan for 6-8 minutes until the onion is translucent and starting to colour.
- Return the sausages, add the chopped tomatoes, and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce and concentrate.
- Stir in the baked beans and warm through for 5 minutes. Do not boil hard once the beans are in or they break up.
- Season and check the sausages are cooked through before serving.
