Macro Mastery is a meal planning web application available at macromastery.uk, operated by the Macro Mastery team.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment details, or any health or dietary information beyond what you voluntarily enter into the app (which is stored only in your browser session, not on our servers).
All account data is stored in a secure database provided by Supabase (supabase.com), hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region). Supabase uses Row Level Security — a database-level security policy that ensures your data can only be accessed by you. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with any third parties except Supabase, Vercel and Stripe, which process it on our behalf as described here.
If you subscribe to Macro Mastery Pro, payment is handled entirely by Stripe (stripe.com). You enter your card details on Stripe's own checkout page, not on our site. We never see, receive or store your card number.
We share your email address and a user reference with Stripe so your subscription can be linked to your account, and we store what Stripe tells us back: your subscription status, plan, renewal date and Stripe customer reference. We do not store any card or bank details. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller for payment and fraud-prevention purposes under its own privacy policy.
We use a session cookie set by Supabase to keep you signed in. This is a strictly necessary cookie — the app cannot function without it. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, does not create a profile of you, does not follow you to other sites, and cannot identify you individually. It records aggregate figures only — page views, roughly where in the world visitors are, and what kind of device and browser they use. We use this to work out which parts of the site are confusing or unused. Because no cookies are set and no personal profile is built, no consent banner is required.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
