Macro Mastery ("we", "us") operates the meal-planning web application at macromastery.uk. You can reach us at macromastery@outlook.com. These terms form an agreement between you and us; by using the site you accept them.
Macro Mastery builds weekly meal plans from a library of recipes, based on calorie and protein targets you enter. It provides recipes, estimated nutritional figures, estimated supermarket prices and shopping lists.
It is not a medical, dietary or health service. We are not dietitians, nutritionists or doctors. Nothing on the site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, please speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat.
Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and price figures are estimates. Carbohydrate and fat values are derived arithmetically from the remaining calories and the recipe's main carbohydrate source, not measured. Prices are approximate per-serving costs at UK supermarkets and change constantly. Targets suggested by our calculator come from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which is a population-level estimate and will not be right for everyone.
Treat all of these as a guide and adjust based on your own results. We do not guarantee that any figure is accurate for a particular product, portion or person.
Macro Mastery is intended for customers in the United Kingdom. Prices, ingredient names, portion units and supermarket links are all UK-specific, and the service is of limited use elsewhere. We may decline or refund subscriptions purchased from outside the UK.
You need an account to save plans and track what you cook. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Please use an email address you control. You must be 18 or over to buy a subscription.
Browsing recipes and finding individual meals is free, and we intend to keep it that way. Macro Mastery Pro unlocks the 7-day planner, shopping lists, saved plans, cooking history and the pantry feature.
You can cancel at any time using the Billing button in the site header, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy for your statutory cancellation rights.
Please do not copy or republish our recipe content in bulk, attempt to bypass payment, disrupt the service, attempt to access other users' data, or scrape the site at a scale that affects other people.
We try to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems with services we rely on. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Because our figures are estimates and we are not qualified health professionals, we are not responsible for health outcomes arising from following meal plans generated by the site.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
