Ingredients

  • beef strips180g
  • broccoli100g
  • bell pepper1, sliced
  • soy sauce2 tbsp
  • noodles100g, uncooked

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and set aside.
  2. Sear the beef strips in a very hot wok or pan for 1-2 minutes, then remove.
  3. Stir-fry the broccoli and pepper for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
  4. Return the beef to the pan, add the noodles and soy sauce, and toss together until hot.
Meal-prep note

Stir-fries are best cooked fresh since the vegetables lose their crunch on reheating, but you can marinate the beef up to a day ahead.
