Ingredients

  • rolled oats120g
  • plant milk300ml
  • peanut butter3 tbsp
  • banana1
  • honey1 tbsp
  • chia seeds1 tbsp

Method

  1. Combine the oats and plant milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly, until thick and creamy — add a splash more milk if it gets too stiff.
  3. Take off the heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully melted through.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with the sliced banana, a drizzle of honey and the chia seeds.
  5. For a no-cook version: mix everything cold in a jar the night before and refrigerate — it's ready by morning.
  6. This makes one very large portion (~1080 kcal). Halve everything for a standard breakfast.
Meal-prep note

Make overnight: combine everything cold, refrigerate overnight, eat in the morning. Great for bulking phases.
