Ingredients

  • oats60g
  • whey protein1 scoop
  • honey1.5 tbsp
  • peanut butter1.5 tbsp

Method

  1. Warm the honey and peanut butter together until runny.
  2. Stir in the oats and protein powder until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press into a small lined tray or tin.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.
