Ingredients

  • rolled oats60g
  • plant milk150ml
  • peanut butter1.5 tbsp
  • banana0.5, sliced
  • chia seeds1 tsp

Method

  1. Combine the oats, plant milk, chia seeds and a tablespoon of peanut butter in a jar.
  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning top with sliced banana and the remaining peanut butter.
  4. Stir and eat cold, or warm briefly if preferred.
