Ingredients

  • oats50g, blended to flour
  • whey protein1 scoop
  • egg1
  • banana0.5, mashed
  • cinnamonpinch

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into a thick batter.
  2. Spoon into a lined muffin tin.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until risen and firm to the touch.
  4. Cool before eating; store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
