Ingredients

  • oats50g, blended to flour
  • whey protein1 scoop
  • eggs2
  • banana1
  • cinnamonpinch

Method

  1. Blend the oats, protein powder, eggs, banana and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour small rounds of batter and cook 2 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Stack and serve with fruit or a light drizzle of syrup.
