Ingredients

  • smoked salmon80g
  • bagel1
  • cream cheese alternative2 tbsp
  • red onionfew thin rings
  • capers1 tsp

Method

  1. Slice and toast the bagel.
  2. Spread both halves with the cream cheese alternative.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon and red onion over the base.
  4. Scatter capers on top, close the bagel and serve.
Meal-prep note

Best assembled fresh so the bagel doesn't go soft, but you can pre-portion the salmon and slice the onion up to 2 days ahead.
