Ingredients
- chicken breast100g, cubed
- smoked paprika1 tsp
- olive oil1 tsp
- lemon0.25
Method
- Cube the chicken into even 2.5cm pieces so they finish cooking at the same time.
- Toss with the oil, smoked paprika and a good pinch of salt until evenly coated.
- Thread onto two skewers, leaving small gaps between the pieces.
- Grill or griddle over a medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes, until charred outside and white the whole way through.
- Squeeze the lemon over while still hot.
Meal-prep noteCook a batch and keep them in the fridge for 3 days. Good cold straight from the tub, which is what makes them a snack rather than a meal.
Calories and protein are set per recipe; carbs and fat are estimated from the
remaining calories and the recipe's main carb source, so treat them as a close guide rather than a
lab measurement. Prices are rough per-serving estimates for UK supermarkets and vary by store and
season. Nothing here is medical or dietary advice.
