Ingredients

  • vegan protein powder2 scoops
  • oats80g
  • dates6, pitted
  • peanut butter2 tbsp
  • cacao1 tbsp

Method

  1. Blitz the dates in a food processor until they form a paste.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll into 8-10 balls.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before eating; store in the fridge.
